Yes I have been quiet. I've had 5 days of agonising stomach and back pain and hsve been bed ridden.

The review went well. I'm back to the office 2 days per week starting tomorrow. Still an enormous amount of pain. It appears I may have damaged my back in the fall but I'm just keen to get back to work! Too much isolation!

At least my knee is heaps better. I've discovered that excessive amounts of physical pain is a great way to lose weight. Nothing fits me! I wish I had sewing machine that worked well. Mine is a 1953 model and the motor makes an awful noise.

I must get some sleep. Always in my thoughts and prayers my dearest friends. 💖💚💞💞💞💚💕🎶💕🎶💜💙💚💞😴

Oh @Kurra, feel for you, what ya going through, and I know how pain turns us off food, even can cause vomiting ❤❤❤
And all that weight loss. Sewing machines are cheap now, even the post office sells basic sewing machines lately. In the meantime, if up to it, duck up op shop or best and less and grab a couple outfits. Do you have any practical help at home? Just ffor basic things too heavy for you atm.

I'm glad you have work to go back to @Kurra. Itwill make a ddifference. It will stop you thinking about the pain and the nothingness of being trapped at home.

No physical help at home @Former-Member. Sad isn't it.
I'm glad I dug in my heels to get back to work as quickly as possible though the pain and fatigue has been mind blowing!

I'm beyond tired and dog is shoving me around trying to get me to go to bed. She really does push and shove me around. How she knows I don't know but she does.
