I'm in big do do and thinking stupid exit plans. No worries. These are thoughts only. I'm not planning any action on these thoughts. I'm terrified that I'm going to end up homeless again. whats the test for? Have you anyone to go with you ?
Mr g has the social worker coming over this morning. Nothing will change but I think that his medication needs to be looked at.

@PeppiPatty, the test is for what seems to be a flare up of my crohns disease (gut inflammation). Hopefully they'll be able to see what's going on and give me some treatment of symptoms, pretty painful, though luckily not all the time. C is driving me there and home. I am looked after.
Sounds like something needs to change for Mr G and yourself. Maybe the medications could help. I am changing medications too in the next week. Higher dose anti-depressant to try to counterract all the sleeping I've been doing, a sign of declining mood.

oh right, my anti dep. was cut down and became more effective but still very high......having mood stabilizer pills on top is making a world of good for me......
There is nothing I can do re; Mr G....Ive had some good news re; my life which Ill write about more tomorrow but will need to say nighty night to you @Mazarita... I will be thinking of you.. the crohn disease test won't take too long ( hopefully) and I will be thinking thoughts of kindness to you........
