I'm in big do do and thinking stupid exit plans. No worries. These are thoughts only. I'm not planning any action on these thoughts. I'm terrified that I'm going to end up homeless again. The right people hearing me and taking the right action is the only thing that is going to get us out of this @Former-Member .... beyond that it’s still a holding pattern that changes periodically as something about our dynamic changes. The fact that I am being heard here is what has kept me going since I joined over 18 months ago, so just walking along with me means so much to me.
The invalidation of our circumstances is what is so crippling. Brene Brown says that shame needs three things to be able to flourish ...... secrecy, silence, and judgements ....but we can’t just throw open the doors on what is happening for us here, because shame needs to be met with empathy .... the story needs to be told to people who we can trust to deal with it, tell our story to, who can provide us with solutions and healing, not judgement, criticism and more shame .... but if you don’t “get” what is here .... you get the wrong solutions ....and the problems won’t resolve, as the true cause remains self-perpetuating .....
Just that you can hear me means so much, when I haven’t been heard by the right people for so long.

, I am now doing cleaning and everthing for my mum now too , my next kidney checkup with the specialist is in December , got a appt to see the Gp next week
