i cant keep on doing this

im so tired of everything. i cant keep on doing this anymore. i feel so lost and alone. i have no one.i have no one to be with me . one to listen to me. no one to talk to. i just feel so alone.im tired of living like this anymore. sad, depressed, tired, im tired of the voices. im tired of me. i really do hate me. i dont want to be me. its all just to hard. all i want to do ,is go and hide and never come out. this world is to dark for me to live in. i never asked to have this life. i didnt want this life. i just want it all to go away.

Ok so let me see if i can interpret what your saying here...

You feel alot of hate towards yourself because you feel your unable to manage
Your filled with hopelessness because you feel your not getting anywhere
Your feeling alone in this

Hate

Hopelessness

Lonely

yes almost.
i feel i hate towards myself because of my past.
i feel hopelessness because my MI is getting in the way of my family and yes i am feeling alone in all of this

This is the hardest part for any of us to do @Bubbles3 - the reframing of our statements. @outlander has become quite good at it

I hate myself because of my past BUT my past is not my fault

I feel hopelessnes because I always f*** it up BUT I have achieved alot in my life

I feel lonely because of my life BUT I have friends here who care about me
