i cant keep on doing this

im so tired of everything. i cant keep on doing this anymore. i feel so lost and alone. i have no one.i have no one to be with me . one to listen to me. no one to talk to. i just feel so alone.im tired of living like this anymore. sad, depressed, tired, im tired of the voices. im tired of me. i really do hate me. i dont want to be me. its all just to hard. all i want to do ,is go and hide and never come out. this world is to dark for me to live in. i never asked to have this life. i didnt want this life. i just want it all to go away.

You have just had a really stressful afternoon @Bubbles3. Your feelings are heightened because of this. You have done so well to get through it and even better to ask for some support now - very impressed that you not only dealt with the situation but also got through it - that shows courage. Now it is time for you to settle again - nothing else needs to be done but for you to realise whst a BIG deal the visit was and that you DID get through it.

@outlander iv tried so hard this afternoon but it brings up bad memorys and i just cant handle it at the moment. i feel so empty and really hate my slef because of my past. i dont know if i can deal with it

@Zoe7 has made a good point here. You have gotten through it. Youve done it and again reaching out for help so 2 very big steps.

Is there anything specifically that we can help you with? Do you want a distraction? Ways to help you calm down? Ways to deal with the memories?
