Oh that makes more sense @Bubbles3. I am super literal in my use of language and to me there is a gigantic difference between thinking something and feeling something.
Feeling like you are going to die is definitely a giant and super yuck feeling. It sounds like you haven't felt this way before, is that right? Do you have any idea what might be causing it? I can't remember if you struggle with any physical illnesses on top of your mental health stuff.

@Bubbles3 It sounds like this is something that you have been dealing with for quite a while. I guess that means you know if you need to call an ambulance or something.

@Bubbles3 That ultra sucks. 
Are your kids home from school yet? I can't remember what state you are in. It's almost 5pm where I am. I have to say, I love daylight savings - it is super sunny here and it still feels like the middle of the afternoon.
