I used to eat the sunflower seeds from my bird's food when I was little @Bubbles3 😄 They loved them (so did I lol).

im not hearing the voices for the last 5 day to a week. its so good. i hope it say that way. the new meds must be working. i just have to work on my anxiety now

im not sure @Faith-and-Hope
im just waiting to see a psychiatrist, which i dont know how long thats going to be and there going to take me off one med and start me on another. i thinks thats the plan. not sure yet.
so it will be another med change over but apparently this new med is really good for anxiety. so ill just have to wait and see.
