Yes @Faith-and-Hope. I've been to see their dietician and they suggested more exercise (which I've been doing) and being more aware of my diet. I am guessing I've got to watch my fat and sodium intake. I already am very conscious of my sugar intake. It can be an issue, as the MIL likes to do the cooking of the evening meal and she cooks with heaps of salt. Salt in everything, especially vegetables. The others in the household don't like it when I cook because I use minimal fats and oils, no salt. Oh well, got to educate them!

So im back for a few secs
Had huge argument with hubby. My mental illness is killing him. He doesnt know what to do anymore...... well guess what......darling........ i dont know waht to kn do anymore either.
Im just spaced out from meds sitting at the back table while him and the kids are in bed. Good. Iv had enough of rhem for today.
Im just sitting drawing spaced out in my own little bubble world.
Not going to bed till late tonight. I just want to enjoy the peace and quiet the best i can until tomorrow

so my hubby still not talking to me and it will be like this for the rest of the day....... its just what he does. my mental illness is getting to him, i know that. but theres nothing i can do about it. and i hate it. i wish it was different. i wish our lives were diferent. i hate this. why cant my MI go away. he doesnt seem to understand that iv just had a med change over and he thinks i should be better now but i keep on explaining to him that it take 4 to 6 week for the med to fully work. he doesnt understand that. he wants it done now so im back to normal but there is no normal with me and there never will be.

Yep @Bubbles3 .... out in it ..... it blew my new umbrella inside out and bent some of its spokes ..... grrrr ...... so now I'm watching the rain and wind from behind glass at the coffee shop ..... 😕
