@Bubbles3 I said words to the effect of ...I learnt how to ride a motor bike and would go off for a ride when I was stressed. I also suggested going for a walk or a run. Burning away that stress might help.

That's a shame you can't have some alone time @Bubbles3. Sometimes that's all that's needed until everyone calms down again.

Yes @Faith-and-Hope. I am reluctant to take medication for blood pressure, but if needed I guess I'll just have to stop being a sook and take it. lol

gizmo is good. i sprayed him with water before and fk loved it. its bit of a warmer day to do it today
