iv just called sane.
iv just calmed down a bit from my PRN.
no i have come off meds. i cant expain it on here is case i get a warning or a ban. but i took to much yesterday.
and it really made me feel really sick. i should have gone to hospital.
im starting to feel a bit better now. ill get some washing on.

Glad to hear you put in a call and your PRN is kicking in and you have a plan to do the washing, @Bubbles3
Would a nice cup of tea help too maybe, just sip and stay centred with it. Whatever you did yesterday is yesterday and now is now. We make mistakes and f*ck up and pay the consequences. You are still on the planet and have made some good moves today in reaching out and trying to get calm and centred.
Perhaps we will meet again some time. Stay safe.

the kids just had to go. it the best thing for me and the kids. just so im not getting angry with them and there not getting upset with me.
