@Bubbles3 yeah I can only have two days Worth of meds in the house at any time for my safety.
Its frustrating although it's making me leave my house and go for a walk every second day

@Faith-and-Hope I was Christmas shopping all day yesterday and am helping boyfriend do his today.
We are eating out on Christmas day and hopefully I will get to book my holiday next week if not definitely the week after.
Once I come home from hidays I'm getting a puppy

I am sorry to hear you have lost your dog @Awpgirl ...... getting another one is a good move imo ..... even though it’s not able to replace the one you have lost. Furbabies are so distracting and comforting, you will quickly fall in love with the new one too .....

@Faith-and-Hope when my lab was taken frome it was as though one of my children had been taken from me.
I have been in contact with the organisation that trains dogs for people with PTSD. I don't qualify for one of their dogs because my PTSD is not due to war.
I have a list of breeds that make good companiobd for people like me.
Once Christmas is out of the way I will actively start looking for a puppy that would be ready for about March

I am doing ok.
I have recently moved house and am still unpacking. Just trying to make my house presentatable till Christmas is over and I can get back to unpacking .
