I suspect that Just like everyone here Christmas and New year's is a nightmare. The last three years I have been in hospital and I'm hoping to not end up there in January
Had to to ER this week to keep safe
Luckily they didn't force me to stay.
I have a safety plan and my backup plan is hospital admissions.
I can only take 1medication, allergic to everything else any dr has me collecting it every 2 days.
I just hoping mu quiet plans will start making happy memories.
I'm hoping to go snowboarding in February so really that has my focus of excitement.
Yourself? Anything interesting,?

Are you talking about meds , collecting then every 2 day.
My doc has just change so i only get them once a week. Which has really p*ssed me off.
It has made me so angry. And im hating her for it. But it was my fault going in there all druged up to my eye balls. .
We dont have much planned over chrissy. Just stay at home chilling. Maybe go and do a bit of fishing. We love our fishing. I might be going camping to. Just have to wait and see.

Sore feet here. I have been on them all day, but I have done the Christmas shopping 🎉 so now I have all weekend to start preparing. I want to go to church on Monday morning, and that’s really early .... so if everything is done by then, I can just stick food into a slow oven and just go ..... nobody else will want to come, so it’s gonna be me time .... and remembering my mum.
I hope you get to go snowboarding @Awpgirl .... it’s obviously something you like to do. I am glad you have strong safety plans too.

Hey @Bubbles3 .....
I had to unpack all the food shopping I did today and put it away .... have dinner with the kids .... prepared some of the food before I put it in the fridge. By the time I did all that, and let the dog out of his yard, I was too wound up to sleep straight away.
Now I’ve got a bit of an upset stomach, so I am making a chamomile tea. Will go to bed after that.
Didn’t your sleep meds work ? You’re up late too Hon.
