Break it down into baby steps @Bubbles3 .....

1. Call Legal Aid and see if you have to make an appointment.
2. Ask about who can come to court with you so you are not on your own.
3. Ask whether sending documents from your psych is enough to not attend court.
4. See your psych for the documents you need.

You can do each baby step, and maybe you can think of others. Just concentrate on the next step, nothing else until it’s done.

Legal Aid is the best start and also to get documentation from GP, Psychologist, to support @Bubbles3 through the court process which it seems like she could only start once she knew the date of court that she found out today. So it is good @Bubbles3 had an appointment with the psychologist today to go over that situation.
