I glad that im feeling better.
Just got wait for a few day for the meds to fully kick in again. I shouldnt ha e been silly enough to come off them. But i just thought i didnt need then anymore. I guess i was wrong.

I am ok thanks. Did the opposite to you and took too much last night (just wanted to sleep) to drowsy today. Went to gp, she wasn't happy with me, but oh well
