Dropped a heavy clutch bag out of my wardrobe onto my nose a couple of days ago .... that's probably enough ow-eee for me for now ..... washolging an ice pack to my face for an hour, so not much bruising, thank God ..... that wouldn't look great in counselling .....

I worked out the problem......
I was coming off a med (with supervision from doc)
And i was slowly coming off them each week until i was taking nothing.
Today hubby wanted me to go back on them , the full strength as i was before and i am doing so much better today.
I have been able to do so much stuff even going to the school to a show and tell with gizmo with my youngest son. So yeah. Total different day today. No wanting to SH . Nothing like that. It good. But the side effects of the meds make me tired. So im all worn out and i still have half a day to go yet.

@Bubbles3I am so glad you are doing better today and you have gone back on your med. Your hubby sounds so supportive of you. Show and Tell with Gizmo would have been fun and I'm sure your son would have loved it too
