I'm feeling a bit like maybe you were when you wrote your post an hour ago @Bubbles3. I'm a bit blue and down today. It's been a bit of a big week, which happens I guess. Thanks for asking though 🙂
It's kind of ridiculous weather here today. Stormy, hot, sunny, rainy. Mix of everything (maybe like my feelings haha). It's interesting though. I got caught in a storm and had to go for a walk in the rain, thunder and lightning.
Have you guys got any plans for the weekend?

nah , not reah one of my sons is staying at a friends, so thats one down and 2 to go. hahaha. hubby will be working tomorrow. so we wont be doing much
im just glad these anxiety tablet are keeping some what calm , so thats good. i just need to get through till next tuesday until i see doc again

Good to hear you are feeling some benefits of the meds @Bubbles3. Anxiety sucks! Tuesday isn't tooooo far away, though I know days can feel like forever sometimes!
We haven't got much planned this weekend. I will see what the kids want to get up to and what the weather wants to do as we go.
Better head off. School pick up time soon. Hope the rest of the afternoon goes ok for you Bubbles. Nice catching up with you 🙂

I'm okay-ish (I think). I've taken a couple of self-care days offline and discovered nobody missed me hahaha! I needed to regroup and spend time with loved ones after meeting up with my Father yesterday.
