Hey @Bubbles3. It's so so hard to want to escape the things that constantly linger. I have lived with SI (of varying degrees) for a long time, as I think you have also. It is hard going Bubbles.
I wish there was something that could make things easier for all of us who struggle with things like this. I am hearing how hard it is for you and seeing how much you wish things were different. You're still here, and still trying, and that is really important to recognise I think.

So i went to the doc and she put me on stronger stuff for my anxiety. Hope they work

well im just sitting here in the wind, which is driving me nuts. got gizmo out. had thunderstorm last night.
im bored . got nothing to to do,. done all my house work. been put higher again on anxiety meds agian. doctor is really good. see her agaian next tuesday and then it will be put up higher again. ot feeling as anxious but still needs to go higher .
got no one to talk to.

I happen to be here for a little while stooging around ..... off to Melb later today and I have finished everything I needed to do ahead of time.
There are "higher traffic" times on the forums. Looks like this is a quieter one.
I am going to sketch Gizmo in the next few days, but I will try to do a tattoo design as well.
Okay ..... gotta go ..... issues at this end now.
