Hearing you @Bubbles3 and sorry you're feeling as you are. I wonder if would help to write about what might be in Bubbles World? What you'd see if you looked around. What sounds you'd hear. etc?
I have a nest in my mind. It's been growing for months and it's a beautiful escape for me when the rest of the world is hard.
DO you use pinterest? I pin things for my little escape to a pinterest board often when I need an escape too. It can help.

Hi @Bubbles3@CheerBear im having a bit of a day too, is it ok to join in bubble world. There is also a walking thread @Bubbles3 along the same line as the yoga thread. The walking for wellness thread. I only know how to tab you there. If you like I'll do that. @CheerBear Might get you there a better way. It's walming up here, 19 today and sunny. I'm listening to some music, nice and loud, but not intrusive to neighbours.

Things are hard @Bubbles3 and I get that when things are hard it hurts and it's hard to imagine being able to keep going. You've kept going through all of the times you've felt like you can't before though.
Have you seen our garden lately? It's beautiful 🙂
I'm going to have to head off for a little while. I'm starting to feel not so great too so I will have a shower and see if that helps me. I remember the other night (was it last night?) you took a shower and caught up with a friend and it helped you. I wonder if that's something you could try too.
