Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear Would love some company, if you can put up with a bag of misery. 😔😔
A storm that has left no stone unturned, we forget the destruction sometimes, till it happens again.
Sending buckets of love your way, thoughts and mushy stuff. 🥰🥰

Re: Taking the plunge
I'm ears and eyes if you'd like to talk. I want to ask whether counsellor knows, and how you've been getting through it, and what triggered it, but quiet is very OK if you're not in a space to go there.
Thanks for the buckets. Shipping over a bucket load back @maggiw ♥️

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear Yes, counsellor and I have been trying to find a path through, or anything that might resemble a path.
Its a few triggers, they have been triggering for a while now, but they went bang. Everything went in slow motion, and I couldn’t find me anywhere. It’s hard when you lose yourself, hard and tricky.

Have you been painting or foiling? I can imagine it's been hard to do much of anything like that at the moment?

@CheerBear Thankyou. 💜💜💕💕
No creatively happening. When you need it the most.
How are you ? I really would like to know. You have had a weather storm, a bad one. Some are needing to boil water, I hope it’s not more pressure on you .

Re: Taking the plunge
I'm OK enough thanks. It's not as intense as it was. It's kind of like feeling beaten and accepting that that's where I am maybe, rather than fighting for things to be different. My psych suggested I take the crew to stay with our people and has written a letter to help get us there. I'm really considering it. I have to get some things done, wait for other things to come, and stay well clear of the outside world for a while, and then we might pack up and go for a little bit. The walls are closing in here and that space and fresh air will help. Lots to organise and think about first.
I have to get in to the garden today and haven't done that for ages. I'm kind of looking forward to it as it's going to be a really nice day here.

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear I think going to your people would help. At this point, every little bit helps I think.
I can hear how big the organising is, but there’s something about connection we need. Just being around caring others, brings a coping connection. Strange wording, but I think you will understand what I’m trying to say. It’s a bit like what counsellor is doing at the moment, just being present, no pressure, and her compassion just helps. I think it might be a similar feeling with your people, an unspoken, needing ( though that word sticks in my throat) , but we do ( need) each other. 😔😔😔
Garden today, with nice weather will hopefully help. Something about the outside world . I hope it helps. I know the warmer day will. Ihave been watching birds in my bird bath, amazing. I think we are heading for a nice day here too.

Re: Taking the plunge
I was wondering whether you had nicer weather too. Spring is beautiful. The birds in the morning are an awesome sound. I think of you lots when I'm listening to them as the sun wakes up. Are your new plants holding up OK?
