Yes, one size doesn’t fit all. Some say masks don’t help much, or at all, others have problems that need to be expressed. So hard to find a balance for everyone. I guess stigma has many faces, and we aren’t always aware we might be one of the faces. Walking in someone’s shoes. A hard ask, but compassion does go a long way, even if we don’t alway understand.

Always interesting hearing someone else’s point of view. Hearing, not with a ready answer, just hearing. It’s a rare find I think.

I’m heading to the shower, then hiding my flat, just in case.😂😂

My Painting student didn’t come, so rather than spend two days wondering, I rang, wondering if she was ok. She has a newsletter to do for the village, so that’s her busy this week. Back to meeting next week. But, my flat is ship shape. I cleaned and tidied before I rang. It feel good.

A rest day today.

Sleeps aren't great. Will try sleeping a bit more soon. I wake up anxious most days.
Will try and get out of the house later today. Not sure where. Hopefully lunch out.
Will see how I go. Need to do something besides chores.

Sorry that your painting student didn't turn up. It's disappointing when you're expecting someone and they don't let you know that they can't make it.
It is a good feeling having everything clean though.

That small patch of earth is so important. I crave being outside in the garden. I'm so glad your flat has one.

Today I need to clean up the house...I haven't done anything since my inspection last week as I was recovering from the trauma, lol. We also have a sunny day forecast like you, so I hope to get a few walks in. Not long walks, just being outside among trees and grass - it does me so much good.
