Re: Taking the plunge
The post is woeful down this way @CheerBear . I have the loveliest post lady. She wears black lipstick 😮😮 and alway has a smile, and short conversation. She did say, austpost was cancelling some services, which is extremely odd at the moment, more job losses, in an area , I expected to expand, not shrink. But I’m not running the country.
I’m dreaming about how good professional mandala dot painters are @CheerBear . Some are perfection.
I get the confidence thing @CheerBear , and it will build up. Unfortunately, building up gets tricky and uncomfortable. But you’ve got this, I think deep down, you know that, it’s superficial stuff, kind of.
Catch up with other Crew members sounds good. Thank goodness for technology. I never thought I would say that, but it keeps us connected, in our present disconnected world. So necessary.
I think I will have a cave day today @CheerBear . I need to hide for a bit. I wish I could get over thiings, ( or myself) faster.☹️☹️

@CheerBear @TheVorticon I’ve just watched a demo of bubbles tea. Much bigger bubbles than I had imagined. And a large straw made a lot of sense. I’m not sure I’m sold on it yet, I had starkly bubbles in mind, soft drink ones. Hummmm. Food for thought.
I’m easily distracted. 😂😂😂

Re: Taking the plunge
So my little secret and mega huge parcel is a new sewing machine 😮 I ordered it at the end of last week, before machines went running out of the doors, as my almost 15 year old one was all but dead. I couldn't teach the crew as it jammed, snapped, twisted every third seam. It took hours longer to create anything than it should have. I was super sad watching my fabric orders being cancelled and just waiting for my machine to cancel too. It didn't and I got the email it was on its way last night. I am SO excited!!! Mega treat.
You're getting pretty close to doing your painting as perfectly as others Maggie. I love that you keep trying new techniques too. You should do a YouTube channel now you have your laptop 😁 I'd love to watch you paint.
Cave day sounds needed. I'm sorry its so hidey feeling there. That socks.
I don't actually like bubble tea, beyond enjoying others enjoying it. Chunky things in drinks is not for me (milo chunks being the exception 😆), sorry @thevoticon! Fascinating though 😄

A new sewing machine 👍👍👍 There’s nothing more annoying than snaps and holes, when the machine gets a bit hungry. Especially teaching the Crew. Big 👍👍👍 for doing it. On its way could be any day now, then the mask production begins again. 😷😷
Its a white frost here at the moment, so I’m heading back under my doona, it’s freezing, even for my standards. ❄️❄️☃️☃️
My mail lady knows my name also. Cool. Very cool, I’m going under. I hope today is a good one. Lots of these 💕💕💕💕

Sorry you feel the need to hide today @Maggie - but I totally understand and appreciate having a need to hide myself, so I hope your day is a good hidey day, and does what you need it to do. I also notice you came out of your cave to post kind wishes for others
so thank you. Sending a gentle hug. ![]()
Hi @CheerBear and congratulations on your new sewing machine - just at the perfect time!
