It is dark here @CheerBear , and motivation just isn’t happening. Oh well. Life sucks.

@Maggie thinking of you in your dark place...hoping for some more light and warmth each day. Sending a warm gentle hug ❤️

Thinking of you also @CheerBear as you struggle with lockdown.

👋👋 @Maggie @CheerBear and all visiting here today. Unusually quiet here this morning. Hope that means you're busy. Will be around for a bit if you want to chat or need some support. Take care anyway

Re: Taking the plunge

Yes @CheerBear ready for a Topup. ☕️☕️

Ive been trying hard not to disturb you. I know Monday and Tuesday are work day for you, and now it’s back to home schooling. How are you managing ?

I hope Mr Person is doing ok.

How is today looking ?

Re: Taking the plunge

You don't disturb me @Maggie, ever. But thank you for thinking of me. I was up really silly o'clock yesterday doing stuff I should have done earlier. It took everything not to come here and share coffee instead 😉😊☕

Right now "not well" is how I feel like I'm managing. It was one of those days where I felt like I screwed everything up. Like every single thing I did. But I am also aware that I'm probably being hard on myself there too and maybe I didn't actually screw every single thing up. It was a bad day yesterday :face_with_rolling_eyes:

Mr Person is doing OK thanks and benefiting from the extra support. My crew did well at their first day back, which had absolutely nothing to do with me helping them there as I was over my head with other things and barely saw them.
I felt awful about that last night .

I was hoping for fun craft things to do with the crew and to help our family, but my craft order bits are being cancelled, piece by piece. I ordered lots of pieces of fabrics for everyone while they were on big sale over the weekend, and now all I am getting are individual emails saying "cancelled". I don't know whats worse - the idea that our Gov has made masks mandatory or that it appears I'll never be able to visit spotlight again without queuing for hours 😉

Wow that was a spill, and not how I intended to bring you coffee sorry.

How are you going? How's the last couple of days been for you?

Re: Taking the plunge

That was a big day yesterday @CheerBear. I don’t think you would ever screw everything up, but I get that it feels that way sometimes. But being ‘aware’ that you didn’t, is a huge thing. The brain gremlins can be persuasive. Well done. 👍👍

I saw the material walking out the door on the news yesterday @CheerBear. I thought of you, and hoped your orders would arrive. Sorry they are being cancelled. That’s a real blow, especially being in lockdown, and masks mandatory.

Im pleased Mr person is doing ok, and the Crew.

I did a crazy thing yesterday. I watched professional mandala dot artists. Wow, I really wanted to withdraw from the exhibition. Oh dear, gremlins at work.

Plus, my cleaning help lady has left. I have fill ins till they find a new person. Really tricky. It’s hard for them also.

Waiting for nail foil to arrive.

Not sure if my painting student comes today.

Re: Taking the plunge

Thank you for listening @Maggie ❤

Oh man, it seems we're both feeling blows today.

When will you know about submitting your piece in the exhibition? I can only imagine the uncertainty and self doubt creeping in.

I'm really sorry about your cleaning lady 🙁 That's a big stress now, to have to find another. Will coubsellor or someone help you connect with a new person?

So much not knowing for you at the moment. Even not knowing if painting student is coming... It's a tricky place to be.

I'm looking forward to your foil arriving 🎉

Re: Taking the plunge

It’s an agency cleaning place @CheerBear . I thought they would have others already, but it might be an area thing. My lady left suddenly, so it’s tricky there.

Next moth for the exhibition. Fingernail will be gone by then. 😂😂

After my last risky fail, confidence isn’t my friend right now. It was a moment of madness. Had I thought it through, I never would have entered. My brain is doing all sorts of creating with what they are doing with my entry.

Yes, foil arriving will be good.

Painting lady usually rings around 11, and comes around 1. I’m ok with that.

I also have physio on Thursday. 😫😫 I thought I would be waiting for months. It’s supposed to be a positive.

I might need another coffee ☕️☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

I hear you with confidence not being your friend at the moment @Maggie. I'm sitting in that place with you. It doesn't take much to rattle and shake it, then it runs away. Ugh 🙁

Wow physio happened quickly. I see how that's also a hard one, especially with the so soon curveball. Somewhere between lightning speed and eternity would be helpful :face_with_rolling_eyes:

I'm going to jump in the shower before I drag myself to work. I feel tail between legs today. Fighting a want to hide under the doona instead.

Super nice to bump into you, even briefly. Mega love ❤
