Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear A sleep in. That’s a change for the better. 👍👍🎉🎉
Yesterday sounds like it went really well. I didn’t doubt it would, but always nice to here it did. 💙💙
My Painting student ( he he) rang at lunch time, and arrived soon after. She has top dits on now, and is very pleased with herself. Final dots next week, then resin. Then someone will put it on her wall outside her flat. It’s a letter, and in ABC.
Plumber arrived to check out his job, so it might be done by the end of this week. I’m just happy it’s happening.
Today I have a phone specialist appointment. I hate anything to do with the phone, so it will be tricky. I just hope he doesn’t have an accent I can’t pick up. 😬😬
Hows today Looking for you?

Re: Taking the plunge
And huge yay for the plumber coming. That will be great to have finished. Sounds like a busy day yesterday.
Specialist appt would be hard enough without it being over the phone 🙁 I really hope you have someone you're able to communicate well with 🤞 Are things moving to face to face more where you are or is it still a while away?
My today is catch up on finance paperwork for the school this morning, then catch up on house work at home. Because of the restrictions and shut downs we are a few months behind in signing statements etc at the little school so I am heading in there (the first time I will have stepped door beyond the front gate for over 3 months!) to put my signature on a gazillion sheets of numbers 🤯 Not my favourite job but it will be good to have done. Then cleaning here. I'll try and go slow but there's a bit to do. Amazing how jumbled the rest of life feels now I have work in it too :face_with_rolling_eyes:

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear Going beyond the gate hopefully brings a few familiar faces. Do you have catching up time or , or is it just a signature sitting.? Not my fav task either, never had to do too much signature stuff.
Cleaning can be beneficial, in a twisted kind of way. But I hope you manage some time out, chill out stuff.
I’m heading to the shower with a bucket of anxiety, getting ready for a phone call. OMG. 😩😩😩
Take care. Lots of 💞💙💜💜💙💞

Re: Taking the plunge
I just came online a little earlier today @CheerBear .
Appointment went ok enough. He spoke English, that was a plus. Nothing they can really do until a face to face meeting, then maybe pain management. At least it’s contact, that’s all I can hope for atm.
How did your signing and cleaning go?
How is today looking?

Re: Taking the plunge
I didn't do any cleaning yesterday. I had a bit of a crash day and didn't do much after the paperwork. Tired and hormone stuff don't help but I think I was/am quite affected by the Australia against Victoria, potential for lock downs where we are again, panic buying, food restrictions, the idea of the army being called in, panic in general.. stuff that is happening here. I don't want to do this again 🙁 I've woken up feeling a bit ugh. I am still tired and I have meetings all day.

Re: Taking the plunge
I must admit to some similar feeling @CheerBear . Though it’s not in our state, it’s the possibility of it happening all over again. Yes, back to panic buy, restrictions, it’s frustrating and scary I think.
Tired and hormones don’t help. But I am pleased you had a quiet day yesterday.
Meetings all day today, ugh.
I dont know when a face face to face meeting will happen @CheerBear , it’s taken at least 6 mths to get this one. I don’t hold out to much hope for the near future, but it will eventually happen.
