Morning @Maggie and all. Yesterday was big and tiring but we all did well thanks.

How did you go yesterday with painting lady?

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear Sorry, I missed your post.

I thought yesterday was a BIG day. Really glad you did well.

Painting lady rang a 11.30 to change to the afternoon. She arrived about 2pm. We talked about what she felt ready to do, so we now have a plan. Glad I didn’t move the table, but next time I will need to.

It went well. I found it hard saying I wouldn’t be able to go the village , but explained paint etc is easier here. Getting into taxis with stuff would be more challenging than I’m capable of doing. Just a taxi ride is more than enough.

Shes fine with that, she has a black adorable poodle. Delightful is putting it mildly. 🐾

I might have missed you this morning, but I hope today goes well for you all. Sending 💞💞💞

@Former-Member 👋👋👋💙💙💙☕️☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

My notifications are down again this morning @Maggie 😑

I'm really tired but OK thanks. This was always going to be quite a tiring week I think.

I am glad to hear painting lady's visit went OK the other day. Also glad that she's fine to come to you and that you don't need to do the taxi thing. Poodles can be fun 😁🐩

How was your yesterday? And how's today looking?

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear Yes, tiring getting into a routine, if that’s possible, but close to a routine I guess.

Two more days to the weekend.👍👍 Are you getting any better sleep?

A frustrating day yesterday. It’s one of those times when I just can’t seem to get anything right. Foggy brain, muddles and puddles. I have a sore brain, different to a headache. It’s the only way I can put it. Sigh. Life goes on.

@CheerBear I thought you might relate to this.

Re: Taking the plunge

The routine, or the thought of some routine, feels good @Maggie. I am sleeping longer especially on days I have work stuff, but waking quite a lot and at times having some really dodgy dreams. Someone in my family came across the he person who caused so much fear and caused the big bang. A brief encounter, no words exchanged, but face to face. I didn't freak out or panic or want to run but it's obviously stirred a bit of stuff up that I'm processing in my sleep. The thought that that the life I am building here could very quickly be taken away makes it difficult to ever really feel secure and safe I think. Anyway.

Was the not getting things right coming from inside or outside of you, if you feel up to sharing? Sore brains hurt🙁 I get how it's a different side than a headache.

Any plans for today?

Re: Taking the plunge

Do you think you did the ‘ freeze’ @CheerBear . ? It’s that trapped no escape inner panic, but outside ‘fine ‘ is hiding it all. I really do get the fear of what you have now, and the, will it last. It’s tricky and messy. I guess it’s one day at a time, and holding on to hope where you can hold on.

Both @CheerBear . My inside affect my outside. Messy head and thinking makes outside stuff harder, or impossible. The more I think to try and get it straightened, the messier it gets. Trying to take my brain off things for a while. I think I’m frying it myself, without outside help. But lots has come from outside, just not sorted. Good luck making sense of that. 😜😜😜

I though you would get the sore brain. 💜💜
