I used to like making slime as a kid (though I called it "goo" haha). My favourite was bouncy slime... And making bouncy balls. 👍

Re: Taking the plunge
Thanks @Maggie ... yep, that would be me, if I could.
Unfortunately needed to get up to have another pain killer, so might as well stay up.
Need to get some breakfast happening and hubbys meds ready anyway. Dont think I can eat anything myself right now, feel too sick. But hubby needs to eat.
I hope you have a good day, and that you wont need an explorer to find that kitchen of yours.
Hi @TheVorticon ... I have no experience at all with slime. I see it in the supermarkets and wonder what it is.

Morning all @Maggie @Former-Member @CheerBear @TheVorticon @outlander and anyone else passing by. Hope it's a gentle yet productive day for all.
@Former-Member sometimes a painkiller makes me nauseous if I don't have it with food - maybe a little something like a piece of toast would help - just sayin'. Hope your pain has decreased by now xx

Re: Taking the plunge
Morning @eth ... I was feeling the nausea before the painkiller. Bad headaches always make me feel nauseous, or any serious pain actually. When I took the first one early this morning I took it with some milk. Did the same later. Might try to have a dry biscuit with my cuppa at morning tea time. I do agree that some pain killers need to be had with some food. And anti-inflamatories (which I take for back pain) definitely need to be had with food, otherwise they make me quite sick in the tummy. Thankfully the head is slowly improving, just feel really foggy and sluggish now.
Hope you have had a good start to your day.
Sherry xx

@CheerBear I cooked the Indian recipe you posted this morning. Very yummy, and easy to do. Thankyou for posting that. I can see me doing a bit more Indian cooking in the future.
My kitchen is found and looking very happy to be home. 😩😩😩 Unfortunately, my crafty side is unsuccessful atm. Nothing is going right. I think it’s a concentration thing. It will improve.
I hope your day has been restful and creative.🧶🧶😁😁
@Former-Member I’m glad your headache is improving , and you are resting this afternoon/evening.💜💜
@outlander Not a good day for you and pain. Sorry it’s so tough. I hope the tests etc this week will lead to relief. Take care. 💞💞
@eth Your cooking Yesterday sounded very tasty. You sound like a confident cook.

Re: Taking the plunge
Not really confident @Maggie - I have to stick to the letter of a recipe all the time. My sil, on the other hand, can just do a dash of this and a dollop of that and everything she cooks is delish. My memory is such that even when I've done something more than 1/2 a dozen times I still need to stick to the recipe. BBQ here later and it's sweet potato wedges and soysages for me. Nice and simple.
