Hi all @Maggie @CheerBear @Shaz51 @Sans911 @Faith-and-Hope thanks all for your kind wishes yesterday. My day started today with finding my phone and bank and emails had been hacked. So I'm still calming down after spending ages changing all my passwords. Luckily bro sat with me and helped me do it. Hope today is smoother than that for all here.

I’m floating between black and grey. Realising small insignificant, isn’t small nor insignificant. Unfortunately, every bit matters. Counsellor and I talked some tricky stuff. I never seem to unravel, more like snowball.
How did stone painting go yesterday. Mine are gaudy and strange looking. 😁😁
