Re: Taking the plunge

Morning @CheerBear. I was out looking at the sky. It’s already 11 degrees, and we are going up to 19 today. So a warm looking day here today.

I cleaned up a storm yesterday. My kitchen is looking to good to cook in, that’s todays excuse anyway.

How was your yesterday? How is today looking?

Re: Taking the plunge

Is it windy where you are also @Maggie? Apparently it's 16 here at the moment, which is around highest the max temp is forecast to be for the week ahead. Incredibly windy though and it has quite a chill to it. I hope it turns out to be one of those lovely autumn days for you 🍂

Yay for having a clean kitchen, too clean to cook in 😆 How's the pain today? I hope not too bad after your cleaning.

Yesterday was so long. It was groundhog day-ish and felt like it would never end. The wait to hear about the thing I am waiting to hear about is long 😏😔

Today I will hopefully finish Mr Person's gift which requires Spotlight and another shop. I am looking forward to getting out for a bit and the gift should keep me being creative and distracted today 🤞

How about your today?

Morning to @thrvorticon also. How are you this morning?

Re: Taking the plunge

No wind here @CheerBear , very still. 16 is a warm start where you are, but the wind chill might not feel like it.

Oh....groundhog ish does sound long and even dreary. And the wait goes on. 💙💙💙 I really hope you hear something before the weekend. 🤞🤞🤞

Hopefully spotlight , gift planning and some time out helps today. It’s really trying to find anything that helps.

I rang bro yesterday. He’s hoping for restriction lifting on Friday. I hope so.

I will be heading into my cave today @CheerBear crash, bang. I see it coming in a not seeing way. Muddled avoidance, hoping it will pass unnoticed. Hurricane after the storm. Pain is definitely pulsating through my veins. I know I’m alive in some ways. 👍👍👍

Re: Taking the plunge

I hope for some restriction lifting also @Maggie. It is super hard to have things taken that help (even not always helpful things like the pub for bro). We won't see it here until next week which is annoying with the special day on Sunday, but it it won't be far away I hope 🤞

I'm sorry it's not calm after the storm and it's hurricane-ish. Is this a recent storm or part of the storm last week (if you'd like to talk about it)? I hope the cave helps. Is there anything I can pick you up from Spotlight to have with you in the cave (i wish I could really do that)?

Morning @Former-Member and lotsa ❤

Re: Taking the plunge

I was hoping for some restrictions lifting for the big day also @CheerBear , hopefully next week. It’s makes things really tough.

Its stuff @CheerBear brewing stuff. I think the cleaning frenzy was avoidance therapy. I find talking about me stuff so hard to do I think the silent years play into that plus the invisible stuff. Which I know is a safety, ( twisted) not coping/handling of reality. I have three rocks ready to play with. Oh if you could pick up some gizzo at spotlight. 😂😂😂😂 I will play, if nothing is good enough, at least I will find some colour.

Thanks for listening to my code language. 💙💙💙💙

Re: Taking the plunge

Morning @CheerBear @Maggie and the return of some 💗💗

Perhaps @Sans911 @eth @Faith-and-Hope are around too? 😀

It would be nice to see some restrictions lifted in the near future. It would mean I could take the long drive to visit my Dad, and brother etc. It would mean I could get back to the gym again. I miss my twice weekly exercise. And perhaps more importantly .. hubby could escape the house and go to the pub again. That had been my only alone time, a short respite. Even if he did drink more. 😞

Have to be patient though, and wait and see.

Have a good day everyone.

Sherry 🌸
