Re: Taking the plunge
I put paint to stone then realised I really need to let go of the perfectionist in me (yeah right lol). They make it look so easy :face_with_rolling_eyes: Practice I think, and lots of mistakes along the way. Perhaps a lesson for life there 🤔
I hope bro finds his place again soon, like I hope everyone struggling with the impact of this does soon too. Life has changed in lots of ways.
The cats are far too close to my tiny dots and paint for me to feel OK with so I'm going to put down my phone and finish the first dots before they turn to smudge.
I hope your sunrise has a bit of colour or warmth in it this morning. Lots of ❤ to you Maggie

I actually like the smile on him today. Reminds me not to take things too seriously. :face_with_rolling_eyes:😜
At least not-mistake-questions distract me from last night's drama.
Now it really is close enough to be lunch time.

Re: Taking the plunge
I hope your lunch time is peaceful @TheVorticon. You had a bad night last night, little, or no sleep. Makes the next day very hard to have to work. Sending some 💜💜☕️☕️☕️☕️
@CheerBear I had a go at making the little paint bags. I used old mail bags. Once you get the paint in, that was messy, using them feels really good. You can get puffy dots, and narrow lines. Lots of practice, but fun to play with. More mess to clean. I hope your Friday is going ok enough. 💜💜☕️☕️

@Maggie how did counsellor go?
Yay for the bags working! I'm impressed. What do you mean by mail bags? I've been trying to work it out but can't.
Friday is going well thanks. Little kids all finished for today and Big not far off. Next week the littler ones move to totally online work which I think will be a lot easier (for me at least). I've been painting today which is fun 🙂

@CheerBear I had a plastic spotlight bag. One that came in the post. It was a bit thick, so I tries a plastic chip bag. I had frozen chips last night, so I cut off some of the bag. That worked better, it was thinner, but sticky. I was desperate to try them out. 😂😂 But I was really impressed how they worked.
You are probably having tea atm, or close to it. Yea for the end of another successful week, and next week might be better. 👍👍👍👍
Oh @CheerBear are we going to have show and tell with your painting fun?
Counsellor has not long left. We had a really good talk. I feel privileged to have met her, and had this length of time. When all seems black, there’s sometimes a spark of light.
I hope your evening goe well. 💜💜💜

Re: Taking the plunge
Thanks @Maggie ... much appreciated. I feeling really disgusted and disappointed with myself from something I did last night. Forgiving myself is not coming easy.
