Re: Taking the plunge
Knowing the time involved in making the stones before a drop of paint has hit them makes them feel even mpre special I think. Lots of love and time put in to them. I'm really excited to try!
I've been playing a game on my Switch, as part of down time. It's a new release and it's so, sooo beautiful 💙 I'm heading in to the final boss area and I am stuck looking for something. Because it's newly released (like new, new) there's not really a lot of info out there to help me find what I am looking for. This is also an exercise in patience 😆

Lol @CheerBear what’s a switch game? And a boss area.??? 🦕🦖🦕🦖 Sounds amazing, and complicated. I’m so pleased you have some down time . I’m guessing because it’s new, the info is being made as it progresses. But i’m Thinking like a dinosaur. 🦖🦕
The stones are special, and do look great. There is a stone artist I’ve been watching, and her painting is absolutely stunning. There is talent out there.
topup. ☕️☕️☕️

Some of the art out there is truly stunning. Yours are gorgeous and so neat. Lots of practice to get to that! Who is the artist, if you can and don't mind sharing?
Getting cold here. Winter is definitely on its way ☃️❄

I have a visual Nintendo computer thingy in my head @CheerBear . Pretty turquoise one sounds nice, but honestly have no idea what it actually looks like. I’ll do a pic hunt later. 😂😂 definitely in dinosaur land.
Faries would be pretty, the enemy might look warrior like maybe. 🤔🤔
Arum S Sang is the artist I have been watching. Her work is perfection, and I am envious.
Predicted for snow in NSW, Vic and Tas Thursday @CheerBear. Yes, it’s cold. Windy and wet here atm.

I've just been up to feed the cat, had a coffee, he's had a run around and we're both settled back into bed. It's likely I'll go back to sleep but I popped in here to check on a few members that are struggling.

Thanks @Maggie for the pot of tea ☕ Waves to @Sans911 @CheerBear @eth 👋
Birthday went okay yesterday thanks Maggie. Hubby loved his Wilbur Smith book. Said he liked his diamond painting too? Though I noticed when he was talking to all his family when they rang to wish him a happy birthday ... he never once mentioned his diamond painting to anyone. When asked what he got for his birthday ... it was all about his book. The book was nothing ... the painting took 2 months of hard intricate work. Sigh. Oh well.
He enjoyed the birthday dinner that I cooked and the dessert too. So that was a plus. He stuck to a few glasses of red wine with dinner. But then he got stuck into shots of scotch afterwards. But not as bad as normal I guess.
Lovely light rain here this morning ... its needed, after what has been a dry few weeks now. But today everything just seems really dull, dreary and depressing. I cant even enjoy the rain, like I normally would.
@CheerBear ... thats exciting about you soon having stones to work on. Patience will definitely be needed though.
I must go. Will try to catch up later.

Nice to see you this morning @Sans911. I hope you're enjoying a bit more rest this morning ❤
@Former-Member sorry to hear your painting didn't seem appreciated. That sucks 🙁Also sorry things are grey. That's hard when it's inside and outside. Hugs for all you're going through Sherry. Listening but little to say other than with you and thinking of you ❤
I will have a look at that artist later, when I sit down to imagine up pretty stones @Maggie 😊 Wet and windy is different to us today, but I expect what we might be in for soon. It's sunny, still and very crisp here. Beautiful in the morning but cold at night. The forecast for later this week is looking very cold. Good timing for you with doona to go with your electric blanket. Almost time for me to pull out the bar heater and extra blankets.
I have some admin stuff to do this morning which I've only just remembered. I'm supposed to be chairing a remote meeting tomorrow for school. I have no idea what I am doing so it should be interesting :face_with_rolling_eyes: NDIS invoicing also.
Almost time for school to start here. Counting down the days until that's not a thing anymore!
Hope today has some good in it for everyone ❤
