Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear An early coffee this morning. ☕️☕️💜💜

Takeaways and game, with chilled out kids and cats, sounds like a pleasant kind of evening. It’s realy just moving with things the best we can.

Ive tossed and turned with the Pell stuff, but what can I do. I guess walking with those who hurt , nothing more, nothing less. That’s the privilege stuff. Hearing, seeing, believing, and knowing how good it felt when someone heard, saw and believed me. We all know the truth.

Thanks for listening eyes @CheerBear , and a listening heart. 🖤🖤🖤

Do you have plans today ??

Re: Taking the plunge

I made us a cuppa @Maggie. I'm starting my day off with a strong one.

I wondered how much you might have tossed and turned with the Pell stuff. Walking with those hurting and the hearing, seeing, believing is so valuable. Like you, I too know how good it felt and feels when someone saw and believed me. I believe and see also.

I don't know about today. I miss well and unwell ones. They're off to a scan today which usually I'd be helping out with. I feel very far away from them. I guess today will be try not to get too fa under it all maybe 😏

How about you?

Re: Taking the plunge

That’s really hard with well and unwell people @CheerBear . So many things where distance has brought pain. There was no preparation time. Life changed almost overnight. Yea, trying not to sink.

I think there is a lot of obvious, almost too obvious, signs with the Pell case. This close to Easter. Comparing with the cross and innocently accused. I shudder with the coverups, but it’s nothing new.

I will try and find some colour, somewhere. Not sure where though.

Sitting with you today. 💙💜🖤🐯🐯🐶🐶

Re: Taking the plunge

Struggling with the idea of them having been through what they did purely to buy time, then having that time taken like this @Maggie. I am struggling with the fear of something happening to them while this is going on. I'm struggling knowing that well one cops unwell one's moods and frustrations and that our presence helps with that but we can't do that right now. Every part of me wants to get in the car and see them but I cant.

Sorry 🙁

I shudder too Maggie. I know very little about faith, religion, church etc but imagine maybe this could hit in other ways for people who are trying to find their place in it all again, like you. I could be way wrong and my words are clunky today. Hope you get what I mean there.

Have you pulled out your stone/s at all? Can we find a way to magically share art and craft supplies via the forum?! 😁

Re: Taking the plunge

Haha I just saw the cactus doorknob pic @Maggie 😆

I've been trying to upload a new one to maybe use as a profile pic. It's been stuck in the approval box for a couple of days though. I'm going to post it here so hopefully it flags and then change it I think.

It's from one of our favorite ever books, altered for the stay home time 🙂

(Lets see if this works 🤔)

Re: Taking the plunge

I really understand what you are saying about well and unwell persons @CheerBear . Wanting to share the load, but not being able to.

I worry about bro too. I have thought this might end his days. He is really unwell. Really bad asthma and other health stuff he cares little about. It’s scary. Distance is tough, but bro would hold me at a distance if I was there, we were trained early to survive solo.

Its rocked my spark of faith @CheerBear for sure. But other stuff has too. Pain has changed me. I see everything differently. I ask questions few think of asking. I’m like a nagging 2 yr old......why.....but why... I can’t fit what they expect. Sad. But true.

I have a lovely pic to share via forum. I think magically we can share.

You never need to apologise @CheerBear. Never. 🖤🖤🖤

Re: Taking the plunge

Thank you for hearing me @Maggie and for getting it as you always do ❤

I can only imagine how much your faith has been rocked by pain, and how much this would rock it further, and the questions you ask too. It's not the same and maybe a ridiculous one to put side by side, but before our big bang I was a super enthusiastic, hopeful, idealist very much wanting to be part of something I believed could help. I was smashed by the reality of it all. It took those hopes and the enthusiasm away and left me very dark and twisted. In a way, maybe it's a similar thing. Seeing beyond what is shown on the outside, wondering where you fit in it all, wondering if it is possible to fit in it all... Big.

Far out don't we have some conversations over coffee in the wee hours 😆

Magic sharing sounds great ❤

Re: Taking the plunge

I would love to sit with you and counsellor and talk @CheerBear . She’s a very intelligent person. We would start the new revolution for sure.

Yes . Exactly. Not ridiculous at all. I hoped to be a tiny part of helping the church understand MI. Maybe some do, I haven’t found those yet. I’m angry again, pretty much feel F#@ the lot. That would really go down well. 😁😁😁 I just don’t fit.

The radical bishop I have talked about is amazing. He seeing it all so differently. But he is not like by most.

Yea, wee hour sharing. 👍👍👍🍁🍂🍁🍂
