Hi all on here,
@CheerBearmine are doing ok with the restrictions. We have been baking a bit too, making cakes and sausage rolls.
The game with cooking sounds like fun and choas all rolled into one. I think I would end up shouting too!!
They have been talking to frineds via phone and video so at least still have that connection here. Sometimes hard for them to understand that distancing means no play dates nor sleepovers.
Had to cancel our Easter holidays. We explained why and they seem to have understood.
I hope your crew are going ok and keeping busy.
Hope you are coping ok too
Love and hugs ❤❣💝

Re: Taking the plunge
The gardeners just left and I feel so much better about the house now. I also feel very 'go me' at accepting that support. It was so hard for me to drop the "I should be doing this myself" stuff, and relinquish that control. I'm really glad I did though. They did a super job. I've had NDIS funding for a while now and it's the first time I've used it for any kind of practical support. I'm happy I did 🙂
I cleaned the inside of the house (except for kids room - Big's doing stuff in there at the moment) while they were here so it smells lovely and fresh. Little and I then made honey joys so now it smells lovely, fresh and like we've been making sweet treats 😁 Sibling comes back tomorrow for good after being away for a little while and I feel better knowing the house is tidy and in order. It will get extra small with another adult here. I can go to the supermarket kid free when he is back which I'm happy about. I've been taking Middle with me which makes me nervous for a couple of reasons but from tomorrow I can venture out in to the big scary world on my own.
I hope your cleaning lady visit went well @Maggie. It's a strange feeling to have that kind of help.
❤ to all 😉

Well done @CheerBear . I noticed it got easier to accept, each time help came. I now look forward to seeing my help person, but she is lovely also, that helps.
Sorry you are feeling the stuckness, closeness and limited ness of this virus. It’s hard having to rethink the things we have automatically done.
The seperation from those you love is an extra burden. I hear many say the same as you have said, I don’t have it as hard as some. I don’t think it’s something we can compare. What you feel is valid and as important as anyone else. You might well be doing it harder than many. Big hug 💜💜
An early coffee ☕️☕️☕️ I already feel like I’m going to need a bomb to get me moving today.

Thank you for listening Maggie and @outlander. I got caught in a moment. Sucking it up today and getting on with it.
How was your day yesterday @Maggie? How's today looking?
@outlander tough times for you too. Big hugs.

Yea for Rocket and Mouse @CheerBear .
I think I will be sucking it up with you today @CheerBear . My adrenaline has run out, so the flat has hit. It’s such a hard time for everyone.
Yesterday was ok enough. ??? For today though.
Sib comes home today. Lots to talk about, and your tiny home will shrink a bit more. 💙💙
I spoke to bro two days ago. It’s really tough for him. The pub was his second home. He sat and watched all that was going on around him. It must run in the family, the observers!!!
Is today feeling ok for you, or would you like to run away.? I think I would like to run right now, not sure where, or if I could ever run. 😁😁
@outlander ❤️❤️❤️

Re: Taking the plunge
I have my first shift from home today. I'm not sure if we will be doing calls or if we have more time getting familiar with the system we are using. It will be very strange to do this work from here. My crew will have to be extra awesome also and not interrupt me if I'm on a call. I feel a little nervous about a couple of things and am looking forward to getting in to it to make it become less of an unknown kind of thing.
More sorry for your sib. Losing the pub is a huge one for some. I know a number of people who would be ultra struggling with that one if it had happened when they were pub people. Its so good he has you to connect with. Does he have others?
