Re: Taking the plunge

Hahaha @Shaz51 ..... Faith-and-Hope is no expert here .... mostly just klutzes her way into these things .....

Thank you for your kind words @eth ..... can't see how to get him out of my life at the moment when he is pulling in D2's other arm, after being predominantly absent from her upbringing .... 🤬 .... but life has its surprises, many of them good ones, so I am holding to hope.

I use a wide range of emojis on my phone @eth, that I found through Settings >> Languages >> Emoticons, but you may be right, there may be Shift >> Special Key access. I will search it up and see if I can find something out.

@ethif you have a Microsoft computer , click the 'windows' icon (should be between the 'fn' and 'alt' key) and then the dot icon (also has the > ) on the same key at the same time and itll bring them all up for you

Re: Taking the plunge

Good morning to all here, hope it's going smoothly so far ... @Maggie @CheerBear @Faith-and-Hope @Zoe7 @outlander @Shaz51 @Former-Member xx

Almost ready for coffee no. 2

How are we all travelling today? Any plans?

I'm ok, still waking up, writing down the things I'm anxious about to take action on later and trying to reduce my what if/cyclic thinking. Watched the show on ABC last night about budget and lockdown developments - hadn't watched anything about that for a few days - things are changing hugely from one day to the next. Was thinking of so many here who will have huge changes as of today or tomorrow regarding ability to go to work, uni, church or any group activities, having dependents have to stay at home, and much more - the financial side of it all too. Thinking of you all and feeling for you deeply.

Thanks heaps @outlander I knew it was something like that 👏💋

There don't seem to be all that many (about 20) - e.g. I haven't got the poop one ... is there a way of getting more to show up?

Thanks for your suggestions too @Faith-and-Hope

Take good care everyone xoxo

Re: Taking the plunge

LOL @outlander I just found it in 'smiley faces and animals'! :pile_of_poo:!!!

PS @Faith-and-Hope I don't actually do the forums on my phone, have never worked out how, but I do have a wide range of emoticons I can access thru' the keyboard on the phone.

It's great to know now how to do it on my lap-top. I might just go crazy with them!😋😛😜😝😵🥴🥳

Re: Taking the plunge

the ones thatll pop up first @eth are the ones that you used last but you should be able to scroll down the list or there should be little emoji signs (mines got a smiley face, a pizze slice, a balloon and something else) if you click on those itll bring up the emojis related to the catagories.
