Re: Taking the plunge

Big breaths with you too @CheerBear . I have read the efforts and felt them deep inside, of how you keep your crew safe. Bubble break eventually @CheerBear. Suffocating is a strong and scary feeling. There is not one doubt in my mind, you would never put the crew , or yourself at risk. None of us know what each day holds. It’s risky this living stuff. Even heads in sand is risky, personally more risky, I need to know as much as possible ,and be as prepared. I suck at this stuff also. Many of us seem to. 😕😕😕

😩😩😩 pms mess with so much thinking. Add to that pain and discomfort.....and messy. Lots of ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I don’t know if people in blue can help with this, as it’s a complaint with no action atm.

Person could be very difficult in public. Loves to humiliate, and very loud and over the top aggressive, it’s all this fear stuff that has kept me in the clutches.

Yes, I’ve moved cities, countries in my mind.

Yes, prayer meeting is a hope step to get on track, or at least, find a track. Everything is shaky.

Do you have any down time today? Rest time?

Re: Taking the plunge

Thank you @Maggie, lots and lots. Just like you and so many of us, the layers and layers make things full of doubt and questions and fear. Ugh 🙁

Lots and lots of ❤ for all of the above. Living in fear is awfully hard. Wish I had a wand and could make it all better.

Yes test and quiet today. Once everyone goes (sibling to work, Big to camp, Middle and Little to school, He person to new home) I'll spend the day just me and the furballs and hopefully not leave the house at all. I've done all the uni groundwork I can, the groceries, tidying up, organising for the next few days. Just me, the furry crew, my yarn maybe, and a pillow cloud with a fluffy blanket. Even thinking about it feels good 🙂

How about you? What's after your meeting?

I'm thinking you're not far off heading out maybe. I will be thinking of you hoping it feels as OK as it can.

Pillow cloud and a fluffy blanket sound perfect for a few hours @CheerBear fluffy crew won’t mind I’m sure. 🐯🐯🐯I have one slouched across one knee. Doesn’t look at all comfy, but she’s asleep, so it can’t be too bad.🐶🐶🐶

Any uni news? Has psych done anything there?

I will take baby for a walk after meeting. She will like to get out of the house for a bit.

After that, I don’t know. I might paint, or head to maccas and do an update. Depends on courage levels. They are fragile, so none of the above might eventuate.

I will get myself ready and head out shortly. Sending the biggest 🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰

Re: Taking the plunge

The furballs are going to love the cloud and blanket day @Maggie 😊 I think I'll change back in to my pjs after drop off today and maybe even close the curtains and shut the outside out. Rock day maybe.

Aww to your furbaby. I remembered something that made me giggle and think of you and yours. Two of my crew called the kind of furball you have a 'chicken-wow-wow'. They had a chuckle together about it when they saw one walk by 😆

Uni news is :pile_of_poo:. Because my course doesn't exist there anymore, they took a chunk of what I had left that they're not running and threw two random units in it's place. They chose units (definitely randomly as they're not even close to like-for-like) that have on campus requirements I can't actually do. They're counselling units also and my degree isn't in counselling. I was pretty shattered. The best I can hope for at this stage is that they allow me to graduate with the associate degree. Then I'll have to rethink it all. I won't be getting my bachelor's degree, not in the course I studied at least, and I think I have to accept that (kicking and screaming right now to accept it though as it's such a big ouch one for me). Anyway.

Your hopes for today sound really good, though if it's another rock style day after this meeting, that's not a bad thing either.

Getting out this morning is huge.

I better take my sooky butt off to start our day. Will have a very excited Big in about 5 minutes.

Big ❤. Sending some to you too @Former-Member, who I noticed around also.

👋🌈

@outlander 🌈

Just a 'thinking of you' @Maggie, wondering how you went this morning.

I've felt really unwell and have been in quote a bit of pain today. I spent almost the whole day on the lounge, most of it asleep. Easy night ahead with only the littler two hopefully 🤞

Hope there's been some good or even some OK (mine was peanut M&M's 🙂) in everyone's day ❤

Re: Taking the plunge

Sorry you are feeling so unwell @CheerBear . Get well soon I hope. Peanut M&Ms ... Yum, love them. Obviously no peanut allergies in your household. Awful to see so much of it though, a rising trend. And schools like to ban anything peanut as a matter of course these days, sadly. But those with the allergy react so badly to any exposure to peanut, that its not worth the risk. Oh my .. lamenting the demise of good old peanut butter sandwiches in lunch boxes.

How has your day been @Maggie .. any update on when you will be seeing the people in blue?

Re: Taking the plunge

Thanks @Former-Member. How awesome are peanut M&Ms?! We do have a peanut allergy here, not serious enough (as far as we know) to not have them in the house though but we do have to be careful and I cook separate dishes if we have them in food. I'm about a bazillion percent sure there was no trace at all of any M&M after I finished with them though 😉😆

How's things for you (if you feel like sharing)?
