Re: Taking the plunge
Raw, painful and confusing is understandable @CheerBear. I agree with you, in the fact that now, things can be worked through, openly and honestly. Remembering in all of this, you are as important, hurting, and needing to be treated respectfully, as is everyone. There’s no blame in that sentence by the way, it’s hard to say things without a double meaning that could be misinterpreted
Sometimes hiding under a rock is ok, but eventually the rock gets uncomfortable also. But you know what feels ok enough. 💜💜
I have never exploded @CheerBear. I wish I could. Sometimes I think it takes an explosion for people to see the deep, scary, dark pain. But even then, it’ can be wrongly labeled. I never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable, and I can always reason others must feel worse.
Oh no 😩😩 a broken loo. Another hat you wear. I understand not wanting to p the owners after the hearing. You don’t need this today, of all days.
I hope you get through ok today. Sending mega 💜💚💙❤️💛💜💚💙❤️💛

Re: Taking the plunge
Up all hours lately @CheerBear .. not good.
So sorry you are now going through what you are with Mr Grey issues. Must be so hard for you, and others. But I only know you, not the others. And I know you to be a lovely person, an honourable person, and not someone who set out to hurt anyone. As @Maggie rightly said, if it had not been you, it would have been someone else. I do not see you as a guilty party at all. If the guilt lies with anyone, it is with Mr Grey and his Mrs, for not recognising their deteriorating marriage and working harder together to salvage it
I guess it should therefore be said .. buyer beware .. If it happened once, it could happen again. I am not saying this to be a wet blanket or to cast doubt .. I say it out of concern for you. I do not want you to be hurt any more than you already are. I hope he learns from this experience. I know many are hurting right now, not the least .. you. But please dont add self guilt into the mix.
Really hope things settle down soon, and you can go back to where you were before with Mr Grey .. but without the burden of secrecy. Lets just wait and see where that now takes you. Im hoping for the best. Btw .. did you figure out if its love or lust? Difficult one I imagine, and may take time to figure out. 😀💓
@Maggie I was happy to read you made it to Church yesterday. And that you met up with your long term friend too. Great that you are starting to feel more comfortable with your cleaner. 💕

Re: Taking the plunge
Really hard morning here. My Little flatly refused to get out of bed, to the point where it was a full blown mega tantrum in there until 5 minutes before we had to leave. It's the first time one of my kids has done it to that extent :face_with_rolling_eyes: I was already stretched dealing with the toilet and the others, and definitely could have dealt with it better than I did but we made it. I managed to patch up the inside parts of the toilet for now too (after nearly an hour of trying and a whole lot of swearing under my breath and restraining myself from kicking it 😆) 👍me 🙂
I'm baking a special cake today - rainbow and sprinkles 🌈🎉🎁 Looking forward to getting lost in that.
Hope today has some good in it for you both/all.
❤

Yum @CheerBear rainbbow and sparkles plus a cake. Does it possibly get any better? 🌈🌈🌈🎂🎂
Sorry about the toilet :pile_of_poo::pile_of_poo: at least it’s in the right direction, weird I am. 🤔🤔
You really shouldn’t have to deal with that.
Hope little gets through the rest of the day ok, and you also. ❤️💚💙💜💛

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear I have just experienced my first explosion. I think that’s what it was anyway.
Strange, as we were just talking about it earlier this morning. I can’t say I ever want to experience another.
I hope your day it better than mine. 💚💚💚

Re: Taking the plunge
Oh @Maggie ... really? I wouldnt normally say this to someone .. But I think in your case, this may actually be a good thing. Means you are not internalising things. 😳
I hear you when you say you dont want to experience this again, and I hope you dont have to. Clearly something happened to cause this explosion, something so not you. I hope the cause has been resolved?
Im just about ready to explode myself from frustration. Our telco turned up today to fix our NBN issues. After an hour of testing and checking and trying ... Still no NBN. The telco now says its an NBN Co issue so they have escalated it to them. Could mean total rewiring etc. And no idea when that will happen. Ours is a fixed wireless system. Sigh ... no phone, no internet. One days service in the past 4 weeks now. Nothing I can do. 😡 @CheerBear @eth @Zoe7
After having hopes of being fixed today .. now back to feeling isolated, forgotten and concern over lack of comms in an emergency.

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member So sorry to hear your nan is still not working. It must be 4 weeks at least now. Something is very wrong. You are not forgotten here. We are all waiting for your full time return. I can imagine the exploding feeling, especially today.
