Re: Taking the plunge

Morning @Maggie 🙂❤

Yesterday was busy but good thanks. The beach was fabulous. Perfect temperature inside and outside of the water, tide grrat for playing, not too busy and it gave the crew an outlet for some energy. They all crashed a bit last night so I was able to chat with he person for a while too. I'm seriously enjoying the connection we have.

Psych next Friday which is a bit annoying but with all the kids here I wouldn't have been able to get there today anyway.

How was your yesterday? You have counsellor back today from memory?

Nice to see you @Former-Member 😊 How are you going this morning (no need to answer if you don't want to/can't but interested in hearing if you'd like to share).

Re: Taking the plunge

Sounds like a really good day @CheerBear

I’m glad the ‘ connection ‘ is feeling good. The tide might change for you. I hope so. ❤️❤️

Oh, a whole week before seeing psych. It’s a strange time of year. Holidays can drag on.

Yes, counsellor today.

I saw my dr yesterday. She confirmed the specialist didn’t do his job, but it’s now back to searching for pain relief that works. I have X-ray to do, blood tests. At the moment I just can’t be bothered. Weaving between a paper article a guilt feelings with the fire situation. Where does everything fit? Where do we all fit?

Lots to talk to counsellor about today. I have chocolate 👍👍👍

Re: Taking the plunge

It is a good feeling @Maggie, thanks 😊

That's hard with the specialist not having done his job. Hopefully validating to have heard that from your Dr but incredibly frustrating (and then some) at the same time. Totally understandable that you can't be bothered. It's not right to have to do it all again and to keep having to fight like this 🙁

Really glad you have counsellor today. What do you think her response to your article feelings will be? That's also a super tricky one to work out and through

Re: Taking the plunge

Counsellor will support whatever I decide to do @CheerBear . She also agrees I was fobbed off. What do you do with a broken medical system? Added to it, specialists, who just don’t care, unless it’s money. 😞😞

It is super tricky @CheerBear . If you saw me yesterday just trying to get through a drs appointment. Internal panic. I can do the article, I’m told i’m good with the written word, definitely not the spoken though. But.....I might give it a go. Even getting it on paper would help, even if it doesn’t get publicly printed. Then I might have a moment of madness, I have a lot of those, and get it printed. 🙃🙃🙃

I get that @Former-Member . I’m glad you got out what you did yesterday. Well done. It can’t have been easy. 💜💜💜

I hope my moaning and groaning doesn’t get you down. You too @CheerBear 💙💙
