Re: Taking the plunge
There's so much about it (the 25th) that isn't helpful and it's very confusing and mashy to see everyone so 'happy' but to be feeling anything but. I big time feel for everyone who feels the way you do about it. It would be so hard.
I'll make you one. Heading to the kettle now.

Thankyou @CheerBear always tastes better when someone makes one for you. Perfect. ☕️☕️☕️
Do do you have plans today?
I see my counsellor at 10. Do you see your psych today? Then heading to Bunnings to buy some grass. 😁😁😁😁 I’m making a small area for fur baby. Only 1 mt square. It’s all weeds and dry atm, so I’m making a little patch she might enjoy.

Re: Taking the plunge
I had plans today, something I was looking forward to, but I know I can't do it today so it's off @Maggie. I feel sad and disappointed and am trying not to think that canceling this is the start of a very slippery path. No psych for me today but wishing it was as I think I could his thinking brain.
Bunnings and grass for furbaby made me smile a lot. Is kind of friend taking you?
The wreath is fun. A bit odd which I'm good with 🙂

Does the plan have to be cancelled today @CheerBear . But saying you know you can’t do it means you’ve thought it through, big thoughts, big feels. 💙💙
A slippery path. 💜💜 Things are sounding really tough today.
Yes, kind of friend will be taking me. She’s having a tough time with her friend. Big things happening, and out of control stuff. Others making big decisions. Really hard.

Re: Taking the plunge
I’m not sure there is such a thing as ‘ just tired’ @CheerBear Getting to that place has been a struggle all the way. Tired is a ‘huge’ real. Specially when there’s no time out available.
Can you just feel the tired, without needing to know you’ll come out of it? That might be a bit silly, if it is, it’s ok. I just find ‘ feeling’ a very big one. Mainly feels are relatively new to me, so labelling and acknowledging is important. Makes them real and important. I’m incredibly simple in some areas, could take a bit of getting used to. Sorry in advance.
Kind of friend likes drama, that’s ok. I just need to be careful and discerning, and understanding. Tricky.

@CheerBear I'm around for a while if you want to talk about what's going on for you re needing to cancel today's planned activity. Sending love xx I think I just saw it's your birthday elsewhere - hope it has some real joy in it and that the year to come is peaceful and progressive for you xx
