We have a holiday here, recreation day, I found out while painting yesterday. So it should be a quiet one.

They are planning for me to keep coming here and paint when I leave @CheerBear . It’s not something I want to do, as I don’t have positive memories here. But yes, I hope to paint with others when I leave. I have a little dream of sitting with other MI ladies, and sharing some colour therapy. One or two at a time, and not too often. Just a pipe dream that may never eventuate. 😁😁
Yes, 🤞🤞🤞🤞with boxes. I hope I’m not getting ahead of myself though.

I understand how going back there might not be something you want to do @Maggie, and think I'd feel the same. I love your dream ❤ From my experience, dreams become much more possible once basic needs (housing right up there) are sorted. Until then, it's so hard to imagine them being real one day. I have huge hope that once you're settled things like this will be more doable.
You'll need those boxes one day. Hopefully one day very soon, but one day either way. I can see how it might feel a bit getting ahead of yourself, but it's also practical and hopeful.
Far out I'm so looking forward to day you have good house moving news. Can imagine how much you're looking forward to it too!

It's a long long weekend here @Maggie. Some relatives from a while away have come to visit unwell person. When I head back there/here (house 2) after the meeting to pick up the crew I'll see whether they want to stay another night or whether we come home home. Guessing they'll want to stay to see relatives, so that's probably what we'll do.
I started a cross stitch yesterday after picking up the one I started forever ago and realising I had used the thread (yarn/cotton/whatever you call it - I am clueless with this one haha). It's little and not anything delicate or lovely like you do but I think I am going to like it. I found so many fun and funny ones and wanted to make them all. This is just a little focus on something and hopefully something I'll actually finish! I'll probably sit and do that later. It'll be my little "I'm still socialising but not" kind of thing as I can be around people but not really (if that makes sense).
