Re: Taking the plunge

There's no chance you could be annoying @Maggie 😊 I figured it was well and truly my turn to bring coffee, I owe you about 12 gazillion of them 😉😁

I'm doing well this morning thanks. Awful, horrible, really nasty dreams so I'm seriously thankful to see the morning happen 🙂 Little slept with me last night, with Rocket cat under the blankets by my feet and Noodle cat up and down by my head. The pouncing, purring and headbutting was lovely and very funny this morning.

Plans today are to have Big and Middle head off with friends then Little and I heading out this afternoon to so something fun. Still haven't worked that out though.

How are you going this morning? How was your yesterday?

Re: Taking the plunge

Those nights are really awful @CheerBear . I know the seriously thankful for morning feels. Little, rocket cat and Noodle Cat, pounding, purring and head butting, lol. So familiar, equally as comforting.

My girl sleeps in the middle of the bed ( single ). I weave around, squeezing here and there.

Plans so far sounding good for you. Sleep over for big and middle tonight, maybe a restful night for you and little after what you decide to do???

Yesterday was ok ish. Can’t enjoy much without pain somewhere in my body complaining, but it is what it is.

Today I really have to do the tidying I’ve been talking about all week. It’s become redicilous. No more excuses.💜💜 Loved the 👮‍♀️ You dropped off yesterday. ❤️❤️

Re: Taking the plunge

I like mornings as it is usually but I like them sooooo much after a bad, scary night @Maggie. Sharing a single with your girl sounds squishy but cosy 😊 Have you ever had cats?

I'm planning on burning off Little's cabin fever energy this afternoon so I think we will have a restful night once we settle. We bond lots over video games so I'm thinking of braving an arcade with them which I think they'll love. I've just found there are still some good school holiday specials around so I might take advantage of that. Little's looking forward to a 1:1 night and they'll be easy to please.

I'm sorry pain takes away your enjoyment of things. I was thinking about that re your crocheting, wondering how you're going with your hands and the fiddly stitches. Did you get out and about with kind of friend yesterday?

I hear you with the tidying 😏 With house inspection looming I really have to get to ours too. I don't want to today though as it's a happy day here.

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear I’ve had 3 lovely cats. All rescues. Unfortunately night wanders and gift givers. They never saw old age, which is why I no longer have cats, too hard, unless Inside is set up well.

Arcade games could be noisy fun I think. I can imagine little liking that, plus 1.1 night. Can you get a take away and leave the cooking for tonight? I can’t imagine anyone enjoying cooking. 😩😩

My hands ache and cramp, but it’s good to keep things moving. It’s a learning process of how much is too much. It’s hard, as I’ve always been very active. Walking, cleaning doing has eased anxiety in the past. Looking at it from a different angle now though. If I over do it, I pay.

Yes, kind of friend and I went out for a bit. It was tough going yesterday though, never know what to expect. Hyper alert is necessary, but again, it is what it is.

I found myself thinking the other day, no one would notice if I was not fine. And imagined walking outside saying, yes I am NOT FINE, sarcastically. 😁😁😁

House inspection looming is always hard. Enjoy your happy day....cleaning will always wait, unfortunately it never does itself.

Re: Taking the plunge

🙁 for your cats not seeing old age @Maggie. Ours are inside only cats for the wandering reason, though it is stressful as I constantly watch the door especially with kids in and out all the time. I'm so scared of them getting out and encountering cars.

Definitely take away tonight. I used to kind of like playing in the kitchen (not much really but definitely more than I do now). We had a lovely kitchen in the house I moved into with baby, toddler and mini kids when I left him. It was new and sparkly with a big island bench. They used to sit at it and talk (and draw, play etc) while I cooked. I hate our kitchen here as it reminds me of things we lost. One of those silly little ones that feels very big still. Braving an arcade will be a stretch for me but worth it for Little. I'm hoping to find one that is not attached to a giant shopping centre but one that is still fun 🤞

That would be so hard with the pain like you are. It's like your mind needs to move but your body doesn't want to 🙁

For what it's worth, I see your "not fine".

Big ❤

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear I can see your new sparkly beautiful kitchen, with an island, kids playing drawing, talking. You have lost so much @CheerBear and it’s really really hard.

I lost everything too when he left me, and thought I could never manage on my own, but I have, we are doing it. It’s tough going, but we are doing it. I know life is much better in many ways now, but I will always have a sense of failure I think. Even though I gave it my all, it wasn’t good enough.

Thank you for seeing my NOT FINE, it’s worth so much. I see your’s too, and it ok.

Hope the arcade is okish, the take away yummy, and tonight is restful.

I have to look for green police as fur baby fertilisers trees. 😁😁👮‍♀️👮‍♀️👍👍👍

Wish I could say have to run, but walk is it. Take care today. Thanks for the morning chats. ❤️❤️💕💕💜💜☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

Thank you for listening, getting it, sitting and seeing @Maggie.

Surely grass police should be happy with not needing to fertilise thanks to fur baby? 😉😆

I hope there's good in your day 🐶🌳👨‍✈️👍💪😊💕
