Re: Taking the plunge
I love pansies @CheerBear @Maggie ... such cheerful flowers. Almost as if they have a permanent smile on their faces.

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear I did lol at full feral. 😁😁👍👍
Yes still the same mandala madness pattern, but as for sharing the colour combo, don’t think I can do that. It’s REALLY BAD. 😁😁😁😩😩😩😩 But my quirky side likes it 🤪🤪🤪.
Quick turn around from melty survival skills, yep, I know that one. I’m with you, not sure if it’s good or bad, whatever goes better for me.
I’m in the tug of war feelings stuff. With all the latest housing/conspiracy roller coaster, I’m suspicious of everything and everyone, not too unusual for me though. So it’s, I want help, but don’t come near me :pile_of_poo:.

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member So yes, a lot more work for you, the Perth trip. 😩😩 Will there be any YOU time? Any window to just get away for a change, a coffee out?
Yes, I love pansies for that very reason, smiling faces. I got one quite large flower, and one smaller flower. The colours go well together, well, I think they might, but my colour is a bit off atm. 😁😁👍👍👍

Re: Taking the plunge
I had a feeling you'd like my full feral look @Maggie 😁 My care factor right now is precisely zero. It's liberating 😉
I'm quirky also, which is possibly why I'm having so much trouble with my Sophie as deep inside I want to colour mash it but for some reason I am trying to make it pretty and organised and restrained. It's so very OK not to share if you aren't up for it, but I know I'll think it's awesome either way. There's so much more to those stitches than what they look like from the outside. That's what I see when I see crafty things 😊
Totally get the "I want help but don't come near me" feels. I'm sorry you've been tugged about so much that it's caused tug of war feelings. It's a tough place to be in and with something as huge as housing it's no wonder it's hard. Want to run away somewhere in the middle of nowhere and build a bunch of pet friendly cabins for people who need houses? We can dot and stitch and drink coffee 😁
I'm going to head to the shower then supermarket. One thing I really want to do before the kids come home is clean out the fridge that's been sitting untouched for almost a couple of weeks now. Should have thought of that one sooner :face_with_rolling_eyes:
Big thanks to both of you for being a big part of a good start to the day. I needed a good something ❤
Lotsa 💕

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear I admit to going to bed last night with a huge smile from your comments about my nerdy co,lured crochet. 😁😁 I really like it. It will never match anything anywhere, so much like ME. 😁😁
I’m so pleased you’ve woken up feeling good, I was wondering about today for you. So a good start.
My yesterday was ok ish. Kind of friend had a flat battery, so once it kicked over, I think that’s the term for it, we took it for a charge......to the country. That was very nice. Everything is green and lush. New budding leaves, lambs and cows, plus....water, I love seeing water.
It helped, as I’m really struggling to keep hopeful about things.
How’s your coffee going? ☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge
Country sounds nice yesterday. It's a lovely time of the year for new life, colour, green and water. I think it might have been warm where you were yesterday too. Really glad it helped a bit.
How's today looking for you?
Always up for a another cup 🙂
