Good Afternoon @Maggie @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @CheerBear @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Zoe7 , hope are you all doing ok today. I'm nearly finished with work. Had a catchup with psychologist, fairly uneventful. Don't feel like I'm getting much out of our discussions lately. We seem to over the same ground a lot.. work, family, social stuff.

Going shopping tonight which I've been looking forward to. Sounds kind of odd for me to be saying that as I generally despise it.

my mr shaz has bipolar 11 and other diagnosis and he does not handle shopping too well at all

that`s why I try to make a smll shopping list , if there is too much , he waits in the car

I don't mind getting the essentials, but, the rest of it doesn't excite me a great deal. I am not a big fan of the self check out's that seem to be all the rage these days. I hope Mr Shaz is ok, read about his 2nd fall. Your going to have to put him in cotton wool if he keeps it up 🙂

I like the sound of your new diamond painting, and the pics you put up yesterday.

I had an eventful trip out with a friend yesterday. She had some green waste for the dump, so we headed out there. Arrived, paid, then we were told to go to site D. We ended up at site Z that doesn’t exist, possibly 2 kilometres out country kind of, and got escorted back by a large digger truck. Lol 🤣😂🤣

@Shaz51 I also read about Mr Shaz and his fall, it must be a worry. I hope you find time to look after you somewhere in your busy schedule. 💕💜

I am in a similar position with my psych @Gazza75 More of the occasional check in now that anything else. Has been that way for most of this year - but I still like knowing she is there if I need.

Glad you liked the pictures. One of them. Is called the spirit of flight by Josephine Wall , was thinking of getting the jigsaw of it for my parents. 2000 pieces. I love all the detail in it. She has some amazing work,
