Re: Taking the plunge
Hi @Former-Member ... I'm very happy to see you again. 😊💖
I know its been a super tough month or more for you. And it sounds like last Saturday may have been even tougher? Perhaps its a turning point for you however. Still here ... yes thankfully, I'd miss you heaps if you werent still here. Of course you being unwell will be hard on your D, but she needs to know you are feeling fragile too right now. I do 'get' that when hit with too many difficulties in succession, it wears down our resilience. I suspect I am at that point myself. You asked if I was okay. Not sure, I guess so, maybe not, what the heck ... who knows. Certainly I dont. But I didnt really want to talk about me today.
@Maggie @Gazza75 @Faith-and-Hope @CheerBear @Zoe7 and any others reading along ... hello and kind thoughts coming your way from me. Its about all I can manage right now. 😢 Please dont worry about me though (in case you were) ... I'm safe right now and will be okay.
Sherry

@CheerBear Positive feedback is always really good. It helps lift the spirit a bit. A random lovely thing 🤩🤩 there are some lovely people out there sometimes.
I got my bathroom cleaned, vacuumed, looked at Doc Marten shoes 😍😍 a lot. On my bucket list, possibly the bottom though.
How die the bike ride and paper mache mask go?
@Former-Member Sounds tough. We are made of though stuff, but there are times it’s all
just too much. Enough is enough. Sounds like you reached that point. 💕💜💕💜
@Former-Member A rough day, or one of many, sorry you are having such a rough trot. 💕💜💕
@Zoe7 Good to read you are doing better health wise. Haven’t caught up today, but sending some of these 💜💕💜
@Faith-and-Hope some of these for you too. 💕💜💕
@Gazza75 💜💕💜☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge
Physically a lot better today @Maggie but struggling with some emotional stuff tonight. Been a tough afternoon so needing plenty of self-care tonight. Will take Toby for a drive later - need to get some money out but it won't be in my account until later tonight - then I will need to get a few things from the shop so won't be an early night. Have to do it tonight as have pdoc tomorrow after work and have to get to the bank before that - time will be tight but I should make it okay.
How has your day been?

Re: Taking the plunge
@Zoe7 I just read over there about the afternoon thing. You never know when it’s going to come, or where from eh. Don’t know if you’re a chocolate girl, but if you are, maybe a small treat. Try to be kind to yourself tonight, fur babies will be on duty, they always know. 💜💕💜💕🐶🐶🐶

Re: Taking the plunge
I knew it was coming tonight so tried to prepare myself @Maggie Sometimes all the pre-planning for something feels fruitless when it does hit though. As expected (and is usual) it is one word that sends me into a spiral but as you said - I have my fur babies. Toby greeted me with his usual enthusiasm and jumpy, jumpy, circle turning love and that always makes me smile. I had considered chocolate tonight but will have to wait until I get paid later - a small treat that I will happily buy for myself tonight.
I feel like I can't settle - part of that is I have to go out again tonight - but on the positive side it is keeping me safe. I will take Toby with me too so I will have company ...and he loves coming with me in the car. ![]()

Re: Taking the plunge
@Maggie did it feel good to do your cleaning today? I drool over boots often 😍 What kind of shoe/boot are you looking at?
The bike ride was great thanks. Little is bonkers and I have to hold my breath a lot when we go out. We found ourselves a great dirt/gravel track and they had a fabulous time racing off and slamming on the brakes, skidding around in a circle :face_with_rolling_eyes: Paper mache mask coming along well too 😊 We had a really good night (will take all of them I can get!).
I hope you and your fur baby find some comfort and rest this evening 🌸 Might catch you for a cuppa tomorrow.
Hello and thanks for the hugs @Shaz51. Some for you too 🤗
❤ to all
