Re: Taking the plunge

Lucky you remembered in time to make it today @Maggie

Hope you can relax now you are home and the aching subsides soon for you. Are you going to cuddle up with the electric blanket tonight? It has been freezing here today and of course I had duty ...think my ears are still outside at school - felt like they were going to drop off lol

Re: Taking the plunge

A very white crisp frost here today @Zoe7 . Not sure what the temp was, but it was COLD. I can imagine how cold your ears felt being on duty. You had a bit of a hard day with a few of the kids. I guess you can never really know what your day will hold.

Already soaking up the electric blanket, and cuddles from Mags. I hope you get an early night yourself. You might need to hide your pom-poms from Toby and cat. Lol. 💜💕💞❤️

Re: Taking the plunge

Definitely hiding the pompoms tonight @Maggie lol

I left my heater on today so it was toasty warm when I came home. I usually do not have it on during the day but forgot to turn it off this morning - maybe because I was busy picking up pompoms

Toby is snuggled on the couch behind me. So we both have our babies close by Cat is off wandering outside but won't be out there long in the cold.

Had dinner already but think I ate too much - was hungrier than usual - probably because of the stress of the day ....and I hadn't eaten all day so that didn't help. Really is one of those days I will be glad to end.

Do you have any plans for tomorrow?

Re: Taking the plunge

The pain is easing now @Shaz51 I have severe rheumatoid arthritis everywhere, so too much movement causes pain.

I just received a surprise phone call. A surprise alright. My brother in Queensland rang and said, have a chat to a Sheila. It was my niece.....she’s in her 40s. I haven’t heard from her since she was a baby. Still a bit gob smacked.💜💕

Re: Taking the plunge

@Zoe7 I hope you don’t get tummy troubles tonight.

Tomorrow my lady here has me booked in for a rock painting session. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She’s 86. Lol. I need to do some cleaning.

Rest some @Zoe7 💜💕💞

That will be a lovely day for you then @Maggie

I better head off too and get these pompoms started. Feeling really tired so hoping I can get them done quickly and then have an early night.

Thanks for the chat Hon. Rest up with Mags and stay warm tonight
