Oh i hope you get an appt soon @Maggie could you ring the specialist and let them know youve been waiting since january? I had to ring twice before i finally got n appt after 8 months (it was suppose to be 6)

Done that @outlander , I got desperate last week, and wrote to a member of parliament, they are trying to get me in sooner. But there’s only one specialist at the hospital who deals with RA, all the others are private, and I’m not covered. They are writing to Housing also, as I have to leave here soon.

Goodness @Maggie there seems to be large gaps/lacking services for some conditions isnt there (unless you can afford private) I really hope you hear back soon and housing works out

@Gazza75 I have a social worker, an angel really, she will help as much as she can. It’s my 4th move in 3 years, so I’ve lightened my load in some ways, weighed it down in others. How’s the gym going?
