Re: Taking the plunge

Thankyou @Maggie 💜🌷🌸
You have lots of people that like you. You are very kind and caring.

I don’t say much, I’m embarrassed because I feel like I’ve gone backwards.
I’m so full of anger still, sad and totally broken.

You don’t need to hear my negativity though. You have enough to deal with.

Take care. 💜😘

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member I've been dealing with anger in myself lately. As for your sadness being negative and going backwards, I disagree. You are just the same as every other person here on Sane. We are all here with and for you @Former-Member as you have always been there with and for us. You are a good kind person also, hard to see in ourselves, easy to see in others.💛💛💜💜

Re: Taking the plunge

Thanks @Maggie ❤️
So much has gone on. I often wonder how to keep going, but as you know, we don’t get a choice.
Every day is a fight. A fight I’d rather give up.
Latest is. Waiting for an op for daughter. Which isn’t related to the other I mentioned a while ago. It’s very serious as well.

I’m waiting to see specialist, possible op as well.

Trying not to think about any of it, not so easy.

How are you going with releasing/dealing with anger?
I don’t “get it”. I’ve been dealing/releasing it for years.

I guess living in same city as ex family/friends doesn’t help. A constant reminder of hurts. I often see them when out and about. It’s awkward. Brings back all the hurt etc.

If only it was easier to move. I can’t even make arrangements for a few days away at the moment. Tried to, but get too stressed.

How’s your day going?
Sunny here, a little cooler. Colder inside than out.
💜🌸☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member Waiting is so hard, both for yourself and D. I so know what it feels like wanting to give up. I go on for Furbaby, she's fragile and needs me as much as I need her. You go on for D, she needs you,,you need her.

Bumping into family/friends is hard, triggers everywhere. You have friends here @Former-Member.

Im also waiting for specialist app. Broken nose still. Breathing gets hard at times and constant headaches, I think related to sinus because of the break.

Everything moves so slowly down here in tassie and gets frustrating. Just another thing to try and cope with.

We had a white frost this morning, very cold. Sun is out now but some grey clouds forming out there.

Re: Taking the plunge

Gosh! Your nose @Maggie
Are you on waiting list to have it fixed?
I just re read that you are waiting for appointment for specialist. Hopefully once you’ve seen them, they’ll fix it quick.
Is Furbaby improving?
I hope it’s a quick recovery for her.
Sad to see them suffer. 💜

I feel so vulnerable and fragile. Another reason I don’t come on the forums lately. It’s so easy to feel rejected on here, when feeling fragile.

Thanks for keeping in touch. 💜🌼🌻💐🌺

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member I forgot to mention the anger. I'm talking to my counsellor a lot about it. I write about it, scream about it into a pillow. Swear, words I never thought would come out of my mouth. But @Former-Member i growl, clench my fists and growl. I think I just can't put words around what I'm feeling. I cry. And I'm scared of what's happening in me. My counsellor on the other hand is not. She sees it as healthy, progress.

Re: Taking the plunge

I understand @Maggie ❤️
We both have had so much bad happen to us. No wonder we’re angry. Rightfully so.
But it can be scary.
The past couple of days have been really scary for me too.
I went into such a dark place and was so angry, sad, everything.
I honestly didn’t know how to get out of it.
I couldn’t speak or anything.
Couldn’t hide it from daughter. Said things I shouldn’t have.
Sometimes I get so triggered it scares me.

So, yes, I do understand. 🌸🌷

Hmm! I said I couldn’t speak, then I said things I shouldn’t have 😮😩
You know what I mean. 🤔🙃

Re: Taking the plunge

I know @Former-Member I go into that dark place, it's scary. It feels like no one cares or ever could care. I understand the rejection feelings also. I do it all the time. Maybe we all do it, I'm not sure.

Furbaby is doing really well, but it knocked me around really badly. It only takes something that looks small to really be hard to deal with. Others might not find it that hard, and I compare myself.

Re: Taking the plunge

I can imagine how it knocked you around re Furbaby @Maggie 💜
She’s everything to you. She’s your baby.

It doesn’t take much to knock me down either. I’ve been feeling really useless and hopeless lately.
I have to sort bank stuff today. 😩
