@Former-Member Hahahahahahaha! You know -Enigma- you can buy packets of undies with the days of the week embossed on them. Maybe santa should buy Mr E a pair or two.

Re: Taking the plunge

Lol @Former-Member. I love your husband. He is so funny and he's not even aware of it.
I knew it would be red for Christmas day.
I'm betting New Years Eve will either be sparkly or multi coloured to match the fireworks. Keep us posted.
I'm into the shower now and then off to mums for our early Christmas lunch with family. (Have just had a bourbon to gove me extra strength).

My husband isn't aware of a lot of things @utopia lol - he is My Wally aha. He gets himself into all sorts of situations. We do have a good a laugh together.

Have a wonderful early Christmas lunch and celebration time with your family my friend. Definitely will keep you posted on the days and life of Mr E 😅

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member, predicting 35C here today, but maybe a thunderstom later to help cool things down. Only 24C and showers for tomorrow. Should be good. But certainly an air conditioning day today.

@Maggie, thats very kind and thoughtful of you to see if anyone else will be around in your complex. Just what I'd have expected really. A visit from you and lilttle Maggie-May could really help to make some lonely person's Christmas. Good on you. I hope its also good for you. Well done on getting your new passionfruit planted. I'm sure it will do just fine without the added enrichment of a missing liver. Speaking of liver, its about the only offal I will eat. I do like a good nice lambs fry, and its full of iron.

@Former-Member, you have been pretty quiet of late, despite dropping in and say hello when you can. I hope your christmas is a good one and you are able to enjoy it to its fullest.

@Bunniekins, Thanks for the christmas eve greeting. Umm, what will Holly get for her birthday and christmas tomorrow? I have a lamb shank for her birthday/christmas dinner. Cut in half as a full one is way too much for one dinner. Its one of her favourite foods. She'll likely get some pork during lunch as well. Christmas eve this morning though and Holly got a manicure. Definitely NOT her idea of fun, and she is still pretty indignant about the process. But she was happy to get the carob treats after the job of trimming her nails was completed.

Hi @utopia @Appleblossom and any other readers here.

Sherry

Re: Taking the plunge

@Bunniekins I actually was thinking of making paper. I have done quite a bit in the past, kids love doing it also. You can add some small leaves and flower petals and make a card, people love home made cards. Also photo albums have paper crafts, they are lovely keep sakes. Don't put the left over paper making pup down the drain though, it blocks it, been there done that.

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member I wish Maggie may would hand over her paw like in the pic, she lets me line it up, then pulls away at the crucial moment.

35 today, you poor thing, that's very hot. The lamb shank sounds nice, I'm sure Holly will enjoy birthday/Christmas. My mother used to cook lambs fry, yes full of iron but not for me I'm afraid, I'll stick with the infusions. Lol.

i have Rex our visitor atm, a shitsu. Lovely boy. Must check out what he's up to.

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member You have brought a few smiles with the underpants pics and red for tomorrow. Now we know the secret, hubby might still be scratching his head about the reasons. Lol. I'm waiting for a Coles order to arrive, a few goodies for Christmas. Off to look for some colourful undies pics. 😂😂😂🐾
