Re: Taking the plunge

well, would me too atm re knockbacks @Former-Member but I can still vaguely remember just applying regardless.

only thing is now, there is far less work and Im not getting any younger so lose confidence a bit although I do forget all the knockbacksetc else could not go on. Youll get through it. The staying with mother thing prob put the mockers on you re options/confidence/reality

Re: Taking the plunge

@TAB

I get distressed because SC seems inevitable,I can't get a job,have my own life,got a mother who has no consideration for my life all my life,which caused my issues through suffocating me.Cant get a job and if I do sit on carers,if she doesn't I'm older my chances of a job are slimmer.Been unemployed going on six years next year,no one wants to look at me.

Re: Taking the plunge

Well not sure what SC is but will look it up @Former-Member
And you've got 10years on me not that may seem much help. Isn't there an element of choice re being with mother? As in why do it?
Its hard to be 'selfish' well think of yourself first. What's best for Li1 ?? .. @Former-Member .. funny thing is 14mths ago was telling myself was going to move in with father and get carers thing. We cant go 2 days without a major argument lol

Re: Taking the plunge

@TAB. Good to hear from you. Yes I've been to Nepal twice. This will be my sons first visit. I won't be going. He's excited and nervous. He'll finally get to meet his relatives. Half if the village will be relatives. Lol.
I've had a pretty bad year lapsing into severe depression - so I've been in hospital 4 times and barely coping at home.
But the depression is finally lifting now. But I'm still not back into the swing of things yet.
What have you been up to? Are you working? Still in the same town?
