I'm really worried about my future...
There's so much effort required to get anywhere in life and I don't think I can do it.
I'm always worried that I won't 'get there'
For someone my age I'm very worried and very stressed as well as not being very optimistic about the future..
I'm just afraid and concerned and I hate it..

Five, ten years from now you will wonder why you were worrying so much @MDT.
Use that energy to do something constructive - something that will improve your opportunities or something you enjoy. Worrying takes a lot of effort and makes us tired.
