hurry up time im petrified!

hurry up time im petrified!

So on wednesday I went to see my gp about a skin spot I was finding to be quite suspicious and the news turned out to be not what I expected.
They want the spot surgically removed urgently as in tuesday unless others cancel and i can get in earlier. They want the whole thing and as it looks like its spreading already they want more than just the top taken off then if it comes back malignanat more tests to see how far its spread then removed those areas

the worrying part s I i dont know how long its been there for and because ive noticed it change twice its a very bad sign. Unintentionally coming off her was fear. Fear from others makes me worse and she was sending off alot of that. She pointed out 2 other points that she noticed that are really not good and are often seen in skin cancers.

Im so scared and it seems like tuesday is taking forever to get here. Its really not easy to sit with and accept. Im bloody pertrified!

Gee @outlander you are still a young one!! Ok, so I am 39, married with 2 children aged 12 and 9. I love purple too, in fact all the carpet in my house is purple!!! I love netball but spend most of my time taking my kids to their sports. Used to own a couple of horse a LONG time ago. And I will admit I love candy crush!!

So what are you studying? Do you get to the beach often? How are you going now?

Re: hurry up time im petrified!

Yes @Former-Member a young one i am
Wow i wouldnt go my whole house in purple! But thst would be something different to walk into
I use to play netball when i was in school. Pretty good game we use to compete against other schools too every week or so.
Candy crush is still a favourite
I dont have it on my phone but i have something similar.
Right now im studying midwifery. I dont really get to the beach much because most are dog beaches and i have a dog phobia from an attack. But i sit in my car on the hill and look out at the waves. They are usually my source of inspiration for my drawings or painting
Im going abit better thanks. Panic attacks take a lot out of me

Re: hurry up time im petrified!

Wow @outlander midwifery that sounds pretty cool. I am a teacher and mainly teach maths and science to secondary students.

sorry to hear about your dog attack, must have been terrifying. So you are a painter and drawer too. I have got no artistic talent at all. I think you've either got it or you haven't.

I can relate to panic attacks taking a lot out of you. They cripple me sometimes too and I then have to reach out for help or use my safety plan to gain control back.
