I'm sorry to hear that you do not have alot of support around you.

It's good that you are reading and doing your own research.. Do you find that helps?

I am reading a book at the moment by Babette Rothschild called 8 Keys to Safe Trauma Recovery. It is a really good book and quite interesting. Alot of it I can relate to.

im hoping i can get my drawings happening again. i miss drawing but i havent had the enrgy to do so. i jsut have to be careful as i really cant extend my arm much at all now which is going to make driving extremely hard. looks like i wont be able to do that for a few days and that was my getaway. will ahve to learn to drive more one handed i think.

you use to make cards out of them?

Could not draw or paint at all!!!
However, I am into lots of sewing. So do patchwork quilts and embroidery and those sorts of things. I find it helps me relax and take my mind of things. Sort of like a therapy

i really only started drawing this year and learnt alot of my skills from @Zoe7 and @Faith-and-Hope their paintings are amazing!!!

I will @outlander I will have to take some photos of what I've done. Its not something I normally photograph.
