You can get them on line or the local library normally has a section on audio books.
My hands need to be busy @Former-Member, so sewing, beading, typing especially when SH urges are strong.

A tag is a nice touch, a date would be cool, it makes a nice memory for person receiving the art work.
10 and 12 is a nice age, I imagine they keep you busy.

guess a date would be good. For the ones I make for newborns I normally embrodier their name and date of birth on one of the patches so it is something they can keep.
Kids keep me busy but am glad holidays are over and they are back at school.
Don't normally fall alseep listening to them but that might help you @Former-Member

@SleepyPanda yeah ive heard people use them to sleep! I am not sure how i would go or if i could sit through it but i guess if i give it ago one day.

@Former-Memberright now I don't think sleep will be coming but depends on how the next couple of hours go and if I can get my thoughts under control. I think no sleep last night isn't helping either.

Have you tried playing playstation or xbox or Nintendo games?
I find they can give your mind a rest from thinking for a few hours.

Thanks im in so much dispare right now im not sure what to do. I will prob get sleep yeah just wont be rested id say. Lack of sleep is a shocker as can effect things so quickly, i hope you manage to calm down enough to get some sleep ❤
